The Waverly Hotel Two Rivers WI.


The Waverly Hotel
Michael Bartelme acquired the property
Sold Half to Peter & Jonas Gagnon
Opened Oct. 4th 1892
The bar room was added in 1893 
Indoor plumbing was installed in 1895
The pyramid roofed tower was removed in 1965

Rumors are the place is haunted by a man who had fallen down the stairs into the basement. Paranormal groups have done investigations.

    One huge blemish on the town: The razing of Washington HS - a lovely building in a great spot - a shame!
